01 / Contact

Send a brief. We answer within one business day.

Dossier Auto is an independent auto concierge and intermediary. We are not a vehicle dealer, manufacturer or authorised brand representative. A brief tells us the model class, budget range and specification you want; we then confirm which options can realistically be sourced before any work is scheduled.

Response time: One business day, Monday to Friday, Kyiv time [GMT+2 / GMT+3].
Deposit: None is taken at brief stage. Fees are quoted in writing before engagement.
What follows: A short call to confirm scope, then a written sourcing proposal with inspection costs listed separately.

Availability, specifications, price and mileage are always subject to seller confirmation [SELLER RECORD].
