2. Services
We provide buyer-side auto concierge and lead-coordination services: we receive your request, match it with third-party sellers, importers and inspectors, and coordinate communication. We do not sell vehicles, are not a party to any sale contract and do not act as an inspection or certification body.
3. Ordering
Before submitting a request you may review and correct the information you entered. Price, scope, timing, cancellation and refund terms are shown before confirmation and repeated in our confirmation message.
4. Fees
Our service fee is displayed before you confirm. Third-party costs (vehicle price, transport, inspection, duties) are separate and confirmed individually. No undisclosed charges apply.
5. Third parties and vehicle information
Seller, listing, history and inspection data come from third parties and are subject to confirmation. Availability, price, mileage, condition and delivery dates are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Inspection reports are issued by independent providers.
6. Consumer rights
Under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII від 12.05.1991 you receive clear pre-contract information on the service, price, terms and complaint procedure, and you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court.
7. Advertising
All marketing is identifiable as advertising and must not mislead about price, origin, certification or independence, per Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996.
8. Data and cookies
We process personal data on a lawful basis under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3939-IX від 12.11.2024. Cookie and terminal-equipment data is stored only with your prior consent, except strictly necessary storage, per Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 1971-VIII від 16.12.2020.

We are responsible for our own coordination services only, within the limits of applicable law. Send complaints to contact@phoraxia.com; we respond within 30 days.
