phoraxia.com is an independent auto concierge and intermediary. We are not a vehicle dealer, manufacturer, or authorized brand representative, so every step below ends in a written record you can check. Availability, specification, price and mileage stay subject to seller confirmation.
We record model class, trim, drivetrain, colour, mileage ceiling and budget line by line, then price the search in writing before any work begins.
We contact sellers and importers directly, request VIN data, service history and ownership documents, and log each dated reply in your file.
A third-party technician inspects the car before payment. Findings arrive as a written dossier, and an inspection is not a warranty.
Fees are quoted in writing before engagement; third-party inspection costs are separate. Read the fee disclosure.

We do not certify condition and we do not mediate warranty claims. If a finding changes your decision, the dossier records it and the search continues from there.
04 — Evidence
Every row below is a closed engagement, stripped of client identity and seller details. Spec delta and inspection outcome come from the point-in-time inspection report issued at handover [INSPECTION]. Availability, price, mileage and final specification remain subject to seller confirmation.

Yes. We handle initial contact, document requests, viewing appointments, and negotiation of the terms set out in your brief. Every offer and counter-offer is recorded in your dossier so you can review the trail.
Timelines depend on how narrow the specification is and on the sellers we approach. We report progress at agreed intervals and flag every delay in writing rather than estimating a fixed delivery date up front.
The comparison of target specification against the delivered vehicle, the inspection report with its date and provider, seller correspondence summaries, and the agreed fee schedule. You keep that file after delivery.
