phoraxia.com is an independent auto concierge and intermediary. We are not a vehicle dealer, manufacturer, or authorized brand representative. We hold no inventory and we sell no cars. The work is commissioned by the buyer and paid by the buyer.

Each brief is matched against vehicles offered on the open market. Availability, specifications, price, mileage, and inspection findings remain subject to seller confirmation until an engagement is agreed in writing.

02 — Core services

Four stages, each closing with a written record

How fees are quoted

    Brief intake

    Model class, trim, powertrain, colour, mileage band and non-negotiables are captured in one session. Anything unresolved comes back to you as an open question before a single seller is contacted. [Intake]

    Market scan and specification comparison

    We work through domestic dealer stock and private listings, then set the realistic candidates side by side on equipment, service history and asking price. Availability, specification and mileage stay subject to seller confirmation. [Scan]

    Seller coordination

    Enquiries, history requests, viewing appointments and price discussion are handled on your behalf within the agreed mandate. You receive the seller's answers as written notes, not as a summary of impressions. [Coordination]

    Dossier reporting

    Each candidate closes with a dossier: inspection findings, service and ownership records, the price trail, and the delta between your target specification and the delivered one. Third-party inspection costs are billed separately, and an inspection is not a warranty. [Dossier]

Engagement starts only after scope and fee are confirmed in writing. Inspections are carried out by an independent third-party provider whose qualifications and scope are stated before booking.

04 — Fee disclosure

Concierge engagement fee
Fixed and quoted per brief before any sourcing work starts. The quote states the scope: search, specification comparison, seller contact, and collection coordination.
Specification comparison
Included in the engagement fee. Delivered as a written dossier that records the criteria applied to each shortlisted vehicle.
Independent technical inspection
Not included. Billed directly by the inspection provider at their own rate. We disclose the provider, their qualifications, and the scope of work before booking. An inspection is not a warranty.
Seller and delivery costs
Vehicle price, escrow, transport, registration, and any seller charges are passed through at cost with the supporting document attached. [SELLER RECORD]
Changes to scope
Any change to the brief is repriced in writing before it is actioned. We charge nothing for a change you have not confirmed.
